First impressions count and exhibition design is a crucial part of any custom built exhibition stand in order to effectively communicate a company’s message with the target audience. The design of your exhibition display is the first thing your customers will see and the first thing that we ensure will stand out in a crowd. With this in mind;
The first step we adopt is to have a discussion with an authorized representative of your company, to understand the organization, the product/service, the market and the objectives, which will enable us to create the best stand solution to match your company profile. After collecting all the necessary information, we will sketch concept ideas and present it to concerned person for further discussion and consideration.
Our next step would be to produce the data in the form of CAD drawing and computer visuals of the exhibition stands, until a final design solution has been approved. All these services are done free of charge and without any obligations.
We will be then manufacture the wooden structures piece by piece, number them and assemble them much before the commencement of the exhibition. We either assemble the stands at our workshop or the structures can be transported to the venue and be assembled there, for our client’s approval. In case the stand is assembled in our workshop; it is disassembled after approval and shifted to the venue and reassembled there, This shall be done on case to case basis depending on it’s feasibility.
We provide the service of dismantling the stands at the end of the show/event and transport them back to our warehouse for storing and reusing the wood structures in the future based on the client’s contract.

Following a requirements meeting, our team will typically begin pulling together ideas and considering the most effective method for helping our client achieve their aims.
This process is typically defined by the project. For larger builds we employ full 3D visualizations.
The next step is to prepare full construction drawings, specification of works and detailed FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) specification.
This enables a basic method for costing the project and serves as a starting point to secure a construction team.
We use only our own staff to fit out your premises, DC has a large custom made factory that has the capacity to manufacture and produce the designed materials and we will use our own experienced fitting team depending on location and job type.
Our team has extensive experience managing various commercial project types in locations all over the UAE. This includes short term complicated projects and long term highly complex projects – managing and directing large numbers of staff based in different locations.
One of the areas we find to be most important is after the completion of the project itself. For the next six months we ensure that we remain in regular contact with our clients – providing any assistance they may need and managing any requirements that follow on from the project.
